P. Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary of Nehru Group of Institutions, was honoured for his exceptional contributions to education during the “Think to Dare – series – VII” event at Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Chennai. His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu, RN Ravi, inaugurated the event, where about 250 entrepreneurs and corporate CEOs gathered. In his speech, the Governor praised entrepreneurs as nation-builders and urged them to embody Indian values as role models.
He was recognized for his outstanding leadership in developing educational institutions, providing scholarships, and fostering employability for thousands of young people. His charitable initiatives, such as the “Amudha Surabi Scheme” offering daily meals to 50 underprivileged residents, and the “Dream Home Scheme” providing housing for the homeless, were also lauded. The award celebrated Krishnakumar’s dedication to education and his commitment to social welfare, inspiring others to make a positive impact on society.
