Rathinam College of Arts and Science is organizing “Anugraha – Freshmen Induction 2023” from July 19th to July 21st, 2023, to welcome first-year UG students and ease their transition to college life. The program aims to acclimate students to the institution’s culture and ethos through motivational talks, inspirational speeches, and co-curricular activities. It will provide insights into universal human values and offer orientation on career opportunities, design thinking, and club activities, concluding with a campus tour.
The inaugural function on July 19th will be graced by Madhan A. Sendhil, Chairman of Rathinam Group of Institutions, and Manickam, CEO & Secretary. The Principal, Balasubramanian, will deliver the welcome address, and department Deans and Heads will support the event.
Each day will focus on specific schools and courses, with distinguished Chief Guests delivering speeches. The Chief Guest of the first-day program Jayanthasri Balakrishnan, a public speaker and retired professor in English, will address the School of Science and the School of Fine Arts. On the second day, Sathish Raj, CEO of E-Crusaders, Chennai, will engage with the School of Computer Science, and on the third day Kavidasan, Director of Roots Industries India Ltd., will interact with the School of Commerce.
