Adithya School of Business Management (ASBM) Coimbatore organized ASBM Shark Tank: International B-Plan Contest 2023 on Tuesday in association with AXON Consultancy Pvt Ltd, Malaysia, in hybrid mode.
Er. Sukumaran, Chairman presided over the event. The Expert panel members were Shubam Charan, President and CEO of Varistor Technologies Pvt., Ltd, Bangalore, Shuhel Miah, Deputy Dean of Brittany University, France and Visagamoorhti, Professor chaired the expert panel and reviewed the Business Plans of 24 teams in the final round.
Earlier there were 60 teams participated and out of which 24 teams got shortlisted to present their business plans to the expert panel in the final round. Students from all over India and overseas taken part in the contest. There were six teams awarded for the creative business themes they presented, namely, Shaadi Wale, Koira, Dine with Bamboo, Virgule (French), Hydrofusion, N Way, RVP Organic Fertilizer from different industries.
“The event was an amazing experience interacting with a group of bright management students, their business pitches were nothing short of impressive, and the creativity and innovative ideas they brought to the table were mind-blowing”, Subham Charan said.
Shuhel Miah has acknowledged that the event was inspiring to see the next generation of business leaders thinking outside the box and coming up with such fantastic concepts.
Praveen Kumar, Managing Trustee and Srinidhi Praveen Kumar, Trustee spectated the session. Sundarapandiyan Natarajan, Professor & Director of ASBM delivered a felicitation address, sharing the initiatives of the ASBM Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, creating platforms for the students to become aware and understand the process of getting started with their entrepreneurship start up journey. The faculty members and MBA Students were present during the event.
