Diploma in Apiculture, Department of Zoology, Kongunadu Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore in association with Madhurum Honey and Bee farm jointly organizing seeling of Multiflowered honey, forest honey, drumstick flower honey, Figs honey, Amla soaked and processed in the honey from 17th to 19th April 2023 at Conference hall in the college. The stall was inaugurated by the Selvi, Associate professor and Principal In-charge and Binukumari, Head in-charge, Rajeshkumar coordinator, Bharathi, faculty member of the Diploma in Apiculture with the students also participated.
The Maruthum honey proprietor said, “Our bees are never feed refined sugar and no chemical are used in the hives” and he claim that the produced honey are pure honey. He also highlighted honey’s benefits and medicinal importance and how it protectus from the various natural calamities.
