G20 University Connect (Engaging Young Mind) Lecture Series, held on Tuesday at PSGTech.
Prakasam, the Principal gave the welcome remarks. Ambassador Rahul Chhabra, Retd IFS & Former Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India delivered a special lecture on the topic ‘Overall Issues of G20’. Vinayachandran, Chair, Centre for Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences highlighted the importance of ‘Climate Change and Coastal Systems’. Pramod, Senior Principal Scientist, Salim Ali Centre for Ornithology, Coimbatore shared his views on ‘Biodiversity and Sustainable Development’. Subramanyam Raju, Dean, International Relations, Pondicherry University stated ‘India’s role in G20’.
They distributed Awards for the winners of Inter-Collegiate Competitions held previously in the institution. Radhika, Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities delivered the Vote of Thanks.
