The Second International Conference on Next Generation Computing System (ICNGCS – 2023) was held at PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, Neelambur, Coimbatore on 17th and 18th March 2023. Springer, Kaar Technologies, Computer Society of India and ICT Academy were the technical and event partners for this conference. This was inaugurated by Shivananda R Koteshwar, EDA Group Site Leader and R&D Head, Synopsys India Private Limited, Bengaluru. Keynote speakers include Indrakshi and Indrajit from Colorado State University, USA. This conference was conducted by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with Colorado State University, USA.
Manimegalai, HoD-CSE and Kala, Organizing Secretary addressed the event. Chandramohan explained about EAST which is Emphasize-Analyze-Solve-Test.
The conference report was presented by Sivaganesan, Organizing Secretary. More than 200 papers were received and 116 papers were accepted for presentation and 90 papers were presented during the conference in 10 parallel technical sessions. The presented papers will be published as an Edited Book in ‘Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS)’ by Springer. A Pre-Conference Workshop on IoT-based System Design was conducted on Thursday.
The Chief Guest Shivananda delivered the keynote address on Semiconductor Landscape in India. Indrakshi, Indrajith and Chandrasekar, Colorado State University, USA joined the inauguration function through online mode and shared their thoughts on the theme of the conference which is Intelligent Communication.
