Kongunadu Arts college celebrate 14th Graduation Ceremony

Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore celebrated its 14th Graduation day on Friday. Around 2,200 people were a part of the ceremony including all college faculty and graduates with their families.

Dr C A Vasuki, secretary and director, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, felicitated the event welcoming the guests and the graduates. She emphasized on the young entrepreneurs and the empowered developments across the nation. Alongside, she glorified UGC’s new education policy implementation.

Dr Lekeshmanaswamy, Principal, Kongunadu Arts and Science College presented a detailed report of the college achievements and activities. The number of schemes and prestigious awards including the attainment of NAAC “A+” grade and national ranking for its excellence.

Following this, Dr Pankaj Mital, Secretary General, Association of Indian Universities, appreciated the college’s achievements and progressive approach. Speaking of the new education policy, she highlighted its wide advantages and its new framework. She significantly addressed the audience of teachers and students to make the best use of the national education policy.

She accented on the ABC (academic bank of Credit) scheme under the education policy. The feasibility of credit gain and educational excellence progress across any university across the nation contributes to the lifetime learning process.

Subsequently, the guest awarded the graduates of various post graduation and under graduation programs with their certificates.
