National President of BJP Women’s Wing Vanathi Srinivasan pointed out in her letter to central government on Monday that close to three-thousand middle class families whose livelihood came from NTC mills have been affected because of the non-functional status of the mills due to COVID-19.
She requested Minister of Textiles Smriti Irani to consider reopening all the 7 mills under National Textiles Corporation Limited located at Tamil Nadu, so that the people may breathe a sigh of relief and hope.
