Ahead of National Organ Donation Day 2020, Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH) organized its Organ Donation Awareness initiative ‘Life After Life’ on Thursday. As a part of this initiative, A Signature Campaign to promote organ donation among public was arranged. 
Dr.Arun Palaniswami, Executive Director, KMCH kicked off the campaign. A separate stall was made for visitors who express willingness to donate their organs after they depart from the world. This stall will be available today. The interested people will be guided to fill the forms of Transplant Authority Government Of Tamil Nadu (Transtan) for organ donation. 
After filling, an acknowledgement form from TRANSTAN will be issued. Several people expressed willingness to donate the organs. KMCH conveyed that the public can themselves visit Transtan’s official website and sign up for organ donation. Dr.Arun Palaniswami conveyed that even during the time of COVID-19, the hospital will bring hope to patients. He said KMCH has been creating organ donation awareness and performing multi-organ transplants for decades, helping the needy ones and he wrote during the signature campaign “We will bring Hope” indicating that KMCH will serve without taking a break even during the pandemic.
