Govt offers internship program, expects innovative ideas from freshers

TULIP – The Urban Learning Internship Program is a joint venture between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The city administration said that this program provides the rarest opportunities exclusively for the freshers to become self-reliant and give innovative ideas for governance. The maximum duration of this internship is one year. The stipend for the BA/ BSc holders is Rs. 7000/-, for the BE holders is Rs. 10,000/-, for the Doctors is Rs. 15,000/- and for the Nurses is Rs. 8,000/-

In order to enroll in this program the applicants must be Indian citizens who have completed their degree within the last 18 months and streams as prescribed by CCMC / Smart Cities.

This platform will aggregate opportunities from across India for graduates on a single platform and allow them to apply in the domain of urban governance.
