Adithya School of Business Management organized an In-Plant training at The India Cements Ltd, Sankari, for the I MBA students, recently.
The event was granted by Er Sukumaran, Chairman, Praveen Kumar, and Dr Srinidhi Praveen Kumar, Managing Trustees. Dr Sundarapandiyan Natarajan, Director, and Lakshmikanth, Assistant Professor coordinated were present during the training.
Ramamorthy, Plant HR Head, Darwin, HR Coordinator, and James William, Asst. HR has conducted the training and accompanied an Industrial Experiential learning visit. The training was facilitated on Branding aspects, HR practices, Organic Corporate Culture Practices, and R & D and Production process of India Cements.
The company has gone through its tough and good times and consistent developments. The students have had experiential learning observations, the manufacturing process from limestones to cement production and packing and distribution to satisfy customer needs. It was truly an inspiration for the management students learning from the in-plant training programme.
