KPR College of Arts Science and Research (KPRCAS), School of Commerce, Department of Business Analytics recently organized an International Business Analytics Conclave with the theme “Business Analytics and Beyond.”
Vengatesan, Associate Professor & Head, Department of B.Com (Business Analytics) welcomed the gathering. Geetha, Principal, KPRCAS presided over the event. Kumuthadevi, Dean, School of Commerce felicitated the gathering.
Keynote speakers included Yong Woon Ching, HR and Corporate Manager, IME Group of Companies, Associate Professor & Head, School of Business and Management, Christ Deemed to be University, Pune Lavasa Campus, and Raghav Sadagopan. Analyst, Sudha Ads, Chennai. The speakers discussed the transformative power of data-driven decision-making and its potential to drive business growth and competitiveness.
They emphasized the importance of data governance, ethical considerations, and advanced technologies in gaining a competitive edge in today’s data-centric business landscape. The conclave concluded with a vote of thanks by Mahesh Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Analytics. Overall, it was a successful event that empowered attendees with knowledge and insights into the world of business analytics. The event saw enthusiastic participation from around 750 attendees.
