ABEA introduces one-year PGDGE Course

 Aditya Birla Education Academy (ABEA) and B.K. Birla College have launched the Post Graduate Diploma in Global Education (PGDGE), a one-year teacher training program. The program aims to equip teachers with the necessary skills and competencies for effective teaching in the 21st-century classroom. The PGDGE program offers a blended learning approach, integrating international education elements and emphasizing inclusivity and inquiry-based learning. It is open to graduates from any discipline, with or without teaching experience. The course will be conducted online, allowing participants from across India to enroll. The program includes an internship, synchronous and asynchronous sessions, a curriculum designed by renowned educators, and focuses on themes like environmental sustainability and technology integration. The previous batches of the program have been successful, with teachers implementing innovative teaching practices in their classrooms. Enrollment for the PGDGE program is now open on the ABEA website, with a course fee of Rs 75,000 payable in two instalments.
