TNAU organized training on Phenomic Technology

The Department of Crop Physiology, Directorate of Crop Management, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University organized a two days training programme on “Applying Phenomic Technology in Photosynthesis Research” for third-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture and B.Tech. (Biotech) students. Dr R. Dhandapani, Senior Scientist, Nanaji Deshmukh Plant Phenomics Facility, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi lectured on “Phenomics approaches and Technologies to sustain Grain yield” in the presence of Dr A. Senthil, Professor and Head, Department of Crop Physiology, Dr S.D. Sivakumar, Professor and Co-Ordinator Institutional Development Plan – Agricultural Higher Education Project (IDP–NAHEP Scheme) and Dr R. Sivakumar, Professor (Crop Physiology).
