Geethalakshmi, Vice-Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, inaugurated PGSMS (Post Graduate Student Management System) facility at School of Post Graduate Studies, TNAU, Coimbatore on Tuesday.
A press release from TNAU mentioned that the security level of records will be enhanced, and longitudinal information about individual students serviced within the PG School will be retained, according to this facility.
Once the students have been admitted to TNAU, a centralized database for all Masters and Doctoral students’ kiosks will be created, making it easier to share papers and ideas; editing, retrieving, and accessing data on the fly from anywhere will be made easier. Furthermore, a communication portal enabling students and teachers to receive real-time information and notifications across many platforms, as well as the ability to transmit vital updates via emails and in-app push notifications.
