The Department of Biochemistry, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore organized a Training programme on Endorsing employment confidence of rural population through spawn production and mushroom cultivation during 25th to 27th November 2021.
It was sponsored by Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology, Chennai, and National council for Science and Technology New Delhi. Prof. Dr. V.Prakasam, Founder Chairman Mushroom Foundation of India, TNAU, Coimbatore delivered a lecture on Mushrooms and their production and cultivation overview to the participants.
