D.J. Academy for Managerial Excellence organized an event as a part of E connect which is an Interaction Initiative with entrepreneurs recently, in which Sriram Prasad, Founder & CEO, KeeraiKadai.com, Coimbatore interacted with students on ‘Innovation – a key driver for Entrepreneurial Growth’.
Sriram Prasad has over 10 years of experience in the field of IT and had established his very own web designing company with more than fifty employees and has extensive knowledge about E-commerce and mobile apps. His interest has always been inclined towards organic farming and agriculture and always maintains healthy relationships with farmers, with over 5 years of experience in natural farming he has now networked with over 1500 farmers.
Sriram started the session by sharing his entrepreneurial journey, the hurdles he faced as a CEO. He then gave a few takeaway points as a quality that an entrepreneur should possess. He was insisting as to why organic farming is important and his efforts towards stopping the endangerment of the natural green leaf a healthy economic product of each household. He also shared the innovative packing ideas and natural preservatives they use to have a better shelf life for his products. In a nutshell, his message was “Entrepreneurship shouldn’t be your choice…It should be your Lifestyle”.
The session was followed by a Q & A session. Students, faculty members of DJAME and other institution faculties & students took part in this interaction initiative.
