D.J. Academy for Managerial Excellence organized the fifth edition of DUOLOGUE series – A Dialogue with corporate leaders recently, in which K.Ramasamy, Chairman, Roots Group of Companies, Coimbatore interacted with Prof. Deepa Venugopal of DJAME
Ramasamy started the session by sharing his journey; he was explaining how the automobile horn market in India was doing when he was young and the incident which made him to get into this industry.
He was also sharing how their company value their customer and employees who are the critical component of any organization. He shared as to why he has set up a diversified business portfolio? He also shared the inspiration behind setting up a nature cure home and a school under him.
The session was followed by Q&A session. Students, staff members of DJAME and other industry people took part in this interaction initiative.
