Kongunadu Arts and Science College (KASC) has joined hands with ‘Start Up Coach’ to introduce Start up Foundation course in order to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of the students.
With regards to this, a memorandum of understanding was signed on Saturday, by the college’s Secretary and Director C. A. Vasuki and Start Up Coach’s S. Siva Raghavi in the presence of M. Lekeshmanaswamy, Principal, S. R. Madhan Shankar, Dean Academics, B. Divya Priya, Associate Professor of Commerce and S. Rajesh Kumar, Assistant Professor of Zoology.
A press release from the college mentioned that the course will enable know-how to pitch the idea into a prototype, patenting, develop business model and business plan, market research, industry analysis, prototyping services, company incorporation, founder and other agreements, go-to market strategy, branding, media launch, fund facilitation and post-fund mediation for the students who aspire to become an entrepreneur.
