Super-bikers appeal public to follow road rules !

Highlighting the need for Road Safety, the 9th day of Coimbatore Vizha 2021 organized a Bike Road Show, through which road safety awareness messages were spread in various parts of Coimbatore.

The road show commenced at the Cosmopolitan Club in the city. 30 super-bikes took part in the show. It was flagged off by Assistant Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Saravanan and Racer Vidyaprakash, Chairman, Coimbatore Pioneer Fertilizers. 

The bikers rode to Avinashi Road JM Bakery signal, Anna statue and Lakshmi mills.  At each signal, the Coimbatore Vizha team held placards with slogans related to Road Safety Awareness and Road Rules. Small gifts were given to riders who were found to have followed the traffic rules.

On the same day, the first set of 15 deserving students received desktops, as a part of the Vizha’s  ‘Gift a Device – Bridging the Digital Divide program’.
