Nehru Group of Institutions is making efficient use of digital medium to connect with students and help them keep up with studies in this lockdown period.

Dr.P.Krishnakumar – CEO and Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions, Coimbatore said Nehru Group of Institutions, amidst the current pandemic and lockdown, has found ways to bridge students with their academics -classes, coaching, tests, doubt clarification and others through Online medium.

A press release said they have made use of Zoom meetings, Google classes, which is being effectively monitored by the staff.

“These challenging scenario provided us a platform to explore the nuances of modern technology, whereby the students as well as the faculty could get enlightened to use the modern tools to accomplish the scheduled academic tasks, thus enhancing their knowledge, understanding and skills by benchmarking them with rest of the world.

This lockdown time has also given staff and the students to learn latest technologies in their respective area of specialisation, participating in various online training platforms and workshops, and thus upskilling themselves to meet the challenges and opportunities in the days to come.. 

These efforts taken by the Institution is welcomed by the students and parents who appreciated the effective teaching and utilisation of the modern tools which is proving to be very beneficial even from the comfort of their own respective homes.
