PSG Hospitals ,in view of the current lockdown that is in effect till April 14, has announced that it has introduced tele-medicine facility to help patients reach the hospital digitally from home.
Statement from PSG Hospitals said that the Government has directed hospitals to request patients to postpone their visit to hospitals except in case of emergency till 14.4.2020. Meanwhile, in order to help the patients for any queries regarding their follow-up advice/medication/prescription, the hospital has dedicated helpline for tele-consultation.
For any queries regarding Corona (COVID-19), call 0422-4345551/4345552. For tele-consultation for review/new patients dial 0422 4345353. Alternatively, they can use WhatsApp to connect with the hospital. By sending an ‘Hi’ to the following numbers, medical advices, consultations and prescriptions will be made. 9894779927 is for review-patients and 8220013330 is for new patients. Patients are asked to use this facility between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. except on Sundays.
