India- US to deploy full partnership strength to fight Coronavirus

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that India will jointly deploy its full strength with its partner US to fight COVID-19. In his official Twitter account, Modi posted “Had an extensive telephone conversation with President Donald Trump. We had a good discussion, and agreed to deploy the full strength of the India-US Partnership to fight COVID-19”

The last few weeks of March and the beginning of April saw a huge spike in the number of positive cases in India. United States of America became the most affected country in the world.

According to data obtained from www.livecoronaupdates.org, the US has 2,75,586+ confirmed cases, 9,707+ recovered cases and 7087+ deaths as of Saturday (April 4, 2020). India is in the 31st place among the  with more than 2500 confirmed cases that has 192+ recovered cases and 72 deaths so far.
