The Alumni Association of PSG Tech (that includes both PSG College of Technology and PSG Polytechnic College) organized the Induction of final year Diploma, UG & PG Student of the Colleges into the Association, on Monday.
The program was held in the Assembly Hall of PSG College of Technology.
R.R.Balasundharam, Managing Director, Supa Hinduna Products,Cbe who is also a alumnus of the college was the Chief Guest.
D.Nandakumar, President, PSG Tech Alumni Association welcomed the gathering. K.Prakasan, Principal (i/c) delivered the presidential address.
He congratulated the students who will in a few days graduate from their Alma Mater.
As the new world they are about to enter is new, he wished them to try their best in their endeavors and urged them to never be discouraged till the last whistle is blown.
He reminded them about the other world that suffers from poverty, social injustice, corruption whose peace is robbed by terror and violence.
He wanted them to recognize their privileged position in society and suggested them to give back to the community.
Following this, the student awards for the Diploma, UG and PG of PSG Polytech and PSG Tech were presented by the Chief Guest.
Many activities regarding Alumni Association like distributing Alumni ID cards and other activities followed.
