Coimbatore has received another shopping mall in its vicinity. Called the AMP Shopping Mall, the proprietors call it the first innovative shopping mall that will provide the basic infrastructure for their vendors/tenants.
A press release stated that the uniqueness of this mall is that the tenants can do business in a peaceful manner. There is no fixed monthly rental, shortage of manpower issue or even big Marketing expenses for their tenants. As rentals are revenue sharing, Manpower cost and marketing expenses are shared.
Launched on 25th September, the mall is located in Raja Annamalai road, Saibaba Colony. It is spread across 5800 Square feet with ground and first floor along with parking facilities. This mall hosts range of Apparels, home textiles, Fashion jewelry, accessories, virtual reality games and a range of food products in their First 100% veg food court in Tamil Nadu.
