Annual Sports Day of Dora Montessori Schools at Kovaipudur and Kuniamuthur was celebrated as Lil Olympics. The sports event was conducted at the main campus at The Western Ghats International School (TWGIS), Ettimadai Coimbatore.
Hemalatha Sashi Kumaar ,Correspondent presided over the function. Beena, Principal, Happy Valley Business School, Coimbatore was the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest inaugurated the Sports Day by lighting the Olympic Torch and letting off the pigeons. Fifteen games were conducted for the children. Around 160 medals and certificates were presented to the winners by the Chief Guest.
In Graduation Day Ceremony, Beena administered pledge and presented Montessori Diploma Certificate for the children who completed 3 years of rigorous Montessori course. Guest advised the children on the significance of sports.
