CII Indian Women Network (IWN) are set to organize the first edition of Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment Expo to create an atmosphere that will encourage business, collaboration, Entrepreneurship and the understanding of the importance of Leader Quality for the womenfolk. Titled “Diya” The Focus is You, it will on for three days starting from December 7-9 with about 100 stalls on show, all by women. There will be women entrepreneurs from across TamilNadu who will be part of the expo.
The expo will be held at CODISSIA Trade Fair Centre, Coimbatore and the organizers expect about 10,000. Entry will be free for all and the expo will also have experts coming in from outside to teach women about personal grooming and business strategy for entrepreneurs as the public. The event is one of its kind in India for women and by women. The expo will also see the felicitation of Latha Sundaram, Managing Trustee, Aram Foundation, Gaayathri Nithyanandan, Rifle Shooter and Sanjana Vijayakumar, Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Town & City Developers, KG Group for their contribution towards Women Entrepreneurship.
