Saravanakumar, Assistant Professor of Physics and R.T. Narendhirakannan, Assistant Professor of Biochemistry from Kongunadu Arts and Science College (KASC) have made the teaching fraternity and scientific community proud by getting recognized in State and National Arena.
Prof.K.Saravanakumar received a Research Project Grant for the tune of Rs. 4,00,000 from Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology and Prof. Narendhirakannan’s innovative research idea got published and was granted an Indian Patent by IP India.
Both the professor received Achievement awards during the National Science Day celebration organized by Bharathiar University. The awardees were honored by the Chief Guest of the function Ashwani Kumar, Director, ICMR-Vector Control Research Centre, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Government of India, in the presence of P. Kaliraj, Vice-Chancellor, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
