After receiving an enthusiastic welcome from the party-men and public, Bharatiya Janata Party’s National President of Women’s Wing Vanathi Srinivasan visited Kumaragurubara Swamikal of Siravai Aadhenam, Saravanampatti and received his blessings straight from the airport on Friday.
Later in the evening, villagers from Vanathi’s native village Uliyampalayam (which has been adopted by her) gave her a cheerful reception. She visited two temples in the villages, met the elders of the village including the elders who belong to the underprivileged community and received their blessing in the most humble way.
