Coimbatore Management Association (CMA) along with PSG Institute of Management organised its Student Management Day, the Annual Fest for Management Students recently. As many as 250 participants from 15 B-Schools in the city competed with each other in individual and group events like Leader, Business Quiz, Business Auction and Social awareness.
The new contests have been designed to result in greater learning for the students.
Suprej Venkat, Founder/ CEO Hubfly was the Chief Guest. He spoke of the need for students to have varied experiences in life. He said that one should follow the head and the heart and learn from highs and lows in one’s life. He stressed the need for developing partnerships to become successful.
Jayakumar Ramdass, Vice President, CMA, spoke of the need to honour commitments by individuals by every management person. Dr. T.G. Vijaya, Director, PSG IM congratulated all the participants and winners. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University won the shield for the Best Performing Institution.
