Indian Texpreneurs Federation launched ITF Leadership Academy – a first of kind industry initiative with the aim of creating robust leadership qualities for the employees of our member organization. Today’s businesses are facing lot of challenges as well as opportunities. Several disruptions are happening in all parts of business. One organization needs to adapt to the changing needs quickly.
For any organization, main strength lies with its core executive’s ability to respond to change. From ITF leadership Academy, with continuous training, we are going to equip individual managers in various member organization is all pillars of leadership.
Shiv Khera, Author, Business consultant, Global Thought leader, Qualified Learning Systems, New Delhi – inaugurated the ITF Academy.
ITF Academy has launched three different courses for three different categories of executives in mills – General Managers, Middle level managers and Supervisors. Each employee will attend one full day course per month and 12 classes like that in one year.
For every month, 12 different topics including Team Spirit, Will to Change, Effective Communication and Productivity will be covered by 6 trainers from Chennai and Bangalore. 20 ITF Board members participated in this inauguration.
