A woman will be the first to walk on Mars

Space is a place not even 1% of Earth’s population has explored due to which it remains a mystery to many. Space Agencies such as NASA and ISRO have given space to men but the no. of women who have been to Space is low when they are put up against their counterpart.

Jim Bridenstine , NASA Administrator recently mentioned in a Science & Technology Talk called ‘Science Friday’ that it is likely to be a woman, the first next person on the Moon. It’s also true that the first person on Mars is likely to be a woman.

Since March is when International Women’s Day is celebrated, NASA has planned to send an all-woman space crew to walk in the space. The astronauts Anne McClain and Christina Koch will get the chance to float around in space. The spacewalk will last about seven hours, said Jim Bridenstine.

Jim also said that NASA always looks forward to have diverse and broad set of talent in its organization and woman being the first to walk on Mars would be incredible.
