Well, He has few pieces of advice for those going through adversity where he says look far and wide for opportunity, treat every opportunity as an open door, seek understanding, act quickly, see beyond your circumstances, channel your ambitions, be courageous, take chances in your youth, make yourself replaceable, unify your team towards a common goal, perseverance, savvy decision making, attitude, money and political power cannot go hand in hand, not giving up and winners don’t whine.
