Adithya School of Business Management (ASBM) Coimbatore organized an outbound training and trekking at Z-Point and Mullayyanagiri heights, Chikmagalur between 09 and 10 June 2023. Er. Sukumaran, Chairman, Praveen Kumar, Srinidhi Praveen Kumar, Managing Trustees of the institution granted the programme. Sundarapandiyan Natarajan, Director facilitated with faculty members Lakshmikanth and Krishanaveni. There were 60 members of the I MBA students who participated in trekking and outbound activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, and team-building exercises. The purpose of outbound training was to develop teamwork, leadership, communication, problem-solving skills and sustainability mindset building. The students had a great learning experience during the mountain trekking and outbound events.
