The Alumni students of the Department of Mechanical and Department of Electronics are all set to celebrate their ‘1973 Batch Golden Jubilee Reunion Celebration’ on 26th May 2023 at PSG Tech Campus, Coimbatore. The event will also include Teachers honouring Ceremony, where the alumni will felicitate their former teachers.
A press conference to release this information was held today at Coimbatore Cosmopolitan Club in the presence of President Nagaraj, Secretary Kittan, Treasurer Suresh Kumar, and Coordinators Ravichandran, Murugesan and Selvaraj, who were the organizing committee of the function.
The Golden Jubilee Reunion Celebration will be presided over by Nandakumar, Past President, PSG Tech Alumni Association, while Prakasam, Patron, PSG Tech Alumni Association will be the Chief Guest and Giriraj, Principal, PSG Polytechnic College will be the Guest of Honour.
29 Alumni students and 13 Teachers along with their families are expected to participate in the function.
In addition, the alumni have also decided to make a donation to the GRD Museum on behalf of the PSG Tech Alumni Association. The donation is a gesture of their gratitude towards the college and its role in shaping their careers.
Speaking to the media, Murugesan, an alumnus of PSG Polytechnic College, expressed his pride at the fact that the Golden Jubilee ceremony is being held for the first time at PSG Polytechnic College. He also emphasized the significance of the event in bringing together former classmates and teachers.
The PSG Tech Alumni Association has called upon all alumni students to participate in the event and make it a grand success. The reunion promises to be a memorable event for all those who attend, as they relive their memories and celebrate their achievements.
