Recently, Dr.MK Surappa, Vice Chancellor of Anna University visited Kalam Vanam- Anna University Regional Campus at Navavoor pirivu where he was welcomed by the Siruthuli team who honored and welcomed him.
Dr.SV Balasubramanian, Chairman and Vanitha Mohan, Managing Trustee of Siruthuli presented the detailed project report of KALAM VANAM- THE GREEN CAMPUS to Dr.Surappa.
Siruthuli team presented with a request to Dr.Surappa asking him to support the way forward plans of Afforestation in Coimbatore. Dr.Surappa was very impressed with the presentation and agreed to discuss the plans to AU syndicate to take it forward.
The occasion also saw launching of TREE CERTIFICATE with QR code of the planting location by Dr.Surappa at Anna University.MK Surappa also planted a sapling to commemorate his presence at Kalam Vanam.
