Failures can teach a great lesson for every individual, and make them strong. “Never ever fear failure”, expressed Vikram Mohan, Managing Director, Pricol Limited, Coimbatore at the CXO Connects event organized by D.J. Academy for Managerial Excellence.
CXO Connects is an Interaction Initiative with corporate leaders, and the latest edition was held Dec.18. Vikram Mohan spoke on the topic ‘An effective planning tool to help achieve Goals’.
Vikram is a Serial Entrepreneur. He has created over 10 companies in the past 20 years with varying degrees of success and this has helped him learn and grow as a human being. His core strengths are incubating business ideas, strategizing for growth and identifying the right talent to steer those businesses.
He explained the gathering about the ‘Rule of 3’ that everyone should follow to sustain in their business territory. He also explained the 6W1H , an effective planning tool for any business, and also emphasized the importance of ‘Plan B’ to have an embarking journey in the business.
The session was followed by Q&A session. Students, Faculty members of DJAME and other Institution Faculties and students took part in this interaction initiative.
