Rotary Club of Coimbatore East RI Dist 3201 under Community Service and Dist Priority Lively Planet recently organised a Project for Farmers at Auditorium of Sri Ranganathar Engineering College Athippalayam SS Kulam Block.
On this occasion Venkatesh IFS Conservator of Forest Mudumalai Tiger Reserve, Ilango, Joint Director, Animal Husbandry Dept, Chitra Devi, Joint Director of Agri, Rtn. Rajasekar Srinivasan, Dist, Governor RID 3201, Arul Sree, Principal of Sri Ranganathar Engineering College joined and addressed Farmers and distributed Agri Implements, Bio Manure, Agri Tools, Tree Saplings 1000 nos and Vegetable Seeds to nearly 100 beneficiaries of Farmers and 100 Farm labourers.
Also Free Medical Camp conducted for the benefit of Cattle owners in and around that area. The Farmers from Athippalayam, Keeranatham, Vellamadai, Kulam & Kondayam Palayam Panchayat got the benefits.
All Panchayat Presidents attended the function. The Project was organised by Muthusamy, President, Vijay Krishnan, Secretary, PP N.Srinivasan GGR, Rtn Ramesh Kumar, Chairman-Community Service and participants from Rotary Dist Officers and members of East Club and Seminars also organised for the benefit of Farmers.
