Chandrans Yuva gifts new clothes to the Underprivileged

Chandrans Yuva Foundation distributed new dresses to several underprivileged labours and children in the city on Saturday at its office at Vadivu Nagar, Podanur ahead of Diwali.

Coimbatore District Collector Rajamani, District Revenue Officer Rama Durai Murugan, acted as the Chief Guests and commenced the distribution of the dresses in the presence of Sivanesan, Founder and Managing Trustee, Shasikala, Chairperson  & CEO, Chandrans Yuva Foundation.

The foundation stated in a press release that they had identified laborers and children from the poor financial background and made them the beneficiaries. Sanitary workers, kids, orphanage children and differently abled were the list of beneficiaries who received the new dress kit at this event.

Followed by the new distribution event, the foundation handed over the school bags and stationery kits to the needed ones, with the help of SSVM Institutions.

All health-safety protocols were followed at the event. The Chief Guests and event organizers emphasized everyone to celebrate a pollution-free Diwali.
