RSB honored as the Best NGO by India Today Group

Rashtriya Sewa Bharati (RSB), a New Delhi based service organization was awarded the Best NGO in a category by India Today Group at its Healthgiri Awards that was held on Friday.

India Today Group constituted Safaigiri Awards in 2014 to honor the pioneering efforts of those who are contributing greatly to Swachh Bharat Mission.

In its sixth edition, taking into account of the changing Covid times, and how many organizations have volunteered to make lives better amidst this crisis, the Safaigiri Summit and Awards hosted  a special ‘Healthgiri Awards’.

Under this, Rashtriya Sewa Bharati was selected as the award winner in the ‘Best NGO that extended timely help to migrants during COVID19’ category.

Five names were shortlisted in this category from which Rashtriya Sewa Bharati was selected as the winner by a jury comprising Aroon Purie, Chairman & Editor in Chief, India Today Group; Anu Aga, MP, Rajya Sabha; Manish Sabharwal, Chairman, TeamLease Services Ltd; Dr.Srinath Reddy, President, Public Health Foundation; Dr.Devi Shetty, Chairman and Founder, Narayana Health; Dr.Naresh Trehan, Chairman and Managing Director, Medanta; Dr.Gagandeep Kang, Vaccine Expert and Dr.Swati Piramal, Vice Chairperson, Piramal Group and verified by an independent research agency  named MDRA.
