In order to provide immediate relief to the people in distress, Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH), the leading multispecialty hospital in Tamil Nadu, has distributed Corona relief materials at Saravanamapatti in
association with V.C.Arukutty, MLA of Kavundampalayam constituency.
V.C. Arukutty presided over the function and distributed the relief material of 15000 kgs of rice to the beneficiaries in the presence of Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman, KMCH and other dignitaries. KMCH has been at the forefront in taking many proactive steps to alleviate the sufferings of people during this tough times. It may be recalled that the institution had inaugurated a separate hospital exclusively for Corona patients.
The dedicated facility is functioning away from the main hospital and is located on Kalapatty Road. As a further relief measure, KMCH has contributed Rs. 1 crore 10 lakhs towards the Chief Minister Relief Fund.
