Recent statistics say that above 135 million people are living with obesity in our country, youth and children are worst affected due to this. By 2030 above 250 million children will have obesity in the world, of it, 27 million above children in India are projected to have obesity by this same period. Obesity is not a disease, it is made by us.

Improper food habits, non-cultured food, fast food eating, western country food culture, lack of physical exercise, absence of walking, workout and poor health management techniques are reasons for it. Hence everyone should give importance to the food habits and physical excise which is the Mandra to prevent it.
