On 21st September 2019, the Department of Management Studies of Dr. N.G.P Institute of Technology organized a certificate course on Performance Management System (PMS)
R. Senthil Kumar, Head ,Human Resource, ELGI Ultra Ltd, was the Chief Guest of the program. Dr. R. Rajendra Kumar Prof & Head – Dept of Management Studies while welcoming the gathering said that career development happens only with the help of continues reviewing of performance of any employee.
Dr. P.R.Muthuswamy, Director Academics, Dr. N. G. P Educational Institutions, felicitated the gathering. He said that as management students they should innovate new techniques to measure the performance appraisal for an employee.
