The world-renowned Elsevier BV and Stanford University, USA has released the list of top 2% scientists in the world for the year 2020, among 150 persons from 60 various institutions in Tamil Nadu are on the list. Their research publications till 2020 on the basis of standardised citation indicators are considered for the global ranking.
Professor V.Rajendran, Principal, Dr. N.G. P. Arts and Science College, Coimbatore ranked as the top 2% of the world scientists in the field of Material Science by the Elsevier BV and Standford University, USA in October 19, 2021 based on the standardized information on citations, different authorship positions, h-index, citations to papers in composite indicator.
The Chairman of Kovai Medical Center Research and Educational Trust, Dr. Nalla. G. Palaniswami and the Secretary, Dr.Thavamani D. Palaniswami, of Dr. N.G.P.
