The India-UK Workshop on the Socio-Economic Analysis of Textile Effluent Pollution Impacts in the Noyyal River and Exploration of Remediation through an Algae and Graphene Membrane commenced today (13th December 2023), at Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. It will span around two days.
The welcome address was delivered by Muthukumar, Principal Investigator of the SPARC Project – P2569. The presidential address was given by C.A. Vasuki, Secretary and Director of KASC, with the keynote address by Prof. Senthilarasu Sundaram from Teesside University, United Kingdom. Prof. David Ian Benson, representing the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, shared insights about the workshop.
Felicitations were offered by Lekeshmanaswamy, Principal of KASC, and Paulsamy, Dean of R&D at KASC
