Dr. NGP College of Arts and Science 23rd Annual Convocation waz held on November 18, 2023, at NGP Arts Hall. Former Vice Chancellor of Chidambaram Annamalai University, Prof. Manian, graced the event as the special guest, awarding degrees to the students. Commending the graduates, he emphasized their role as pillars for the future of India, highlighting education as a driving force for national development.
Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman of Coimbatore Medical Center Research and Education Foundation, presided over the ceremony, congratulating the students as winners and encouraging them to apply the common sense acquired during their college days. Dr. Arun N. Palaniswami, Managing Director, and Dr. OD Bhuvaneswaran, CEO of Coimbatore Medical Center Research and Education Foundation, also extended their congratulations. Ramamurthy, Principal of Dr. NGP College, administered the oath, and students took the graduation pledge and received their degrees. Saravanan, Vice Principal, along with numerous dignitaries, professors, and students, participated in the memorable event, where 1769 students graduated in Bachelors, 307 in Masters, 58 achieving first rank in Bachelor, 28 in Master, and earned Ph.D.
