KMCH College of Nursing in collaboration with Inner Wheel Club, Coimbatore North, conducted an awareness programme on the topic ‘Protect Girl Child from Sexual Abuse’ at Ganapathy Corporation School, Ramakrishnapuram on 16.11.2023.
Around 60 female students from 6th to 8th standards attended the program. Saratha, a Member of the Inner Wheel Club welcomed the gathering. Prof. Indhumathi elaborated on menstruation and menstrual hygiene. Prof. Buvaneswari and Prof. Jamunarani demonstrated good touch and bad touch. Prof. Madhavi, Principal, of KMCH College of Nursing emphasized the importance of self-discipline with a story. Students actively participated and gained valuable insights through this program.
