The Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity kicked off the Texcity Premier League Season 5 (TPL 5.0) for Badminton at the Hindustan Badminton Court, Nava India, on November 1, 2023. Rtn. MD. R.S. Maruti, District Councillor-RI Dist 3201, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The club, energized with enthusiasm, fielded four dynamic teams – Bulls, Tycoons, Gillies, and Superkings, each donned in distinctive colors. President Rtn MD Vijaykumar Sivanaesan, Secretary Rtn MD Devi Maruti, Rtn Brijesh from Admin Club Service, and TPL Chairman Rtn Rajesh also participated in the inaugural event. The league aims to foster communication and unity among Club members, making it a thrilling event both on and off the badminton court.
