The conclave featured over 60 presentations on various corporate Business Ethics Practices. It was emphasized that fair Business Ethics practices are crucial for the betterment of all stakeholders and that lack of such practices is a major reason for business failures today. The event highlighted the need for continuous practice and adherence to ethical principles in business.

The discussions also focused on the concept of ethics in business, encompassing areas beyond trading, such as avoiding adulteration and unfair trade practices, providing fair wages to workers, contributing to community development, and maintaining transparency in financial matters, accounts, and tax compliance. These dimensions, as outlined in Tamil Literature, were seen as a framework for evaluating Business Ethics Practices in the present-day context.
