Propel Company’s Remarkable CSR Contribution to Housing Project in Anaikatti Village

Under the Tamil Nadu Government’s greenhouse scheme, seven houses were planned to be constructed in Kandivali hill village, Anaikatti. However, due to insufficient funds, only half of the houses were built. Vidhya Senthilkumar, Director of Propel Company, stepped in by allocating Rs 13 lakhs from the company’s CSR fund to continue the construction work and ensure the completion of the houses.

Today, the keys for the completed houses were handed over to six tribals in Anaikatti, in the presence of Kranthi Kumar, District Collector. This contribution from Propel Company’s CSR fund has made a significant difference in improving the living conditions of the beneficiaries.

In another CSR endeavor, Tesyu Khan, Chairman and Director of Hirotec, contributed Rs 21 lakhs from their company’s CSR fund for a Solid Waste Management project. This initiative aims to implement effective waste management practices in 500 households and commercial shops surrounding Keeranatham village.

Further highlighting their commitment to social welfare, Vidya Senthilkumar, along with RAAC, donated fluoro vehicles worth Rs 12 lakhs from Propel Company’s CSR fund to Mother’s Hands for timely blood donation.

The occasion also witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Hirotec Company, Kranthi Kumar (District Collector), Tesyu Khan (Director of Hirotec Company), Balasundaram (President of RAAC), Thulasidharan (Vice President of RAAC), and the President of Keeranatham Panchayat. This collaboration signifies a collective effort toward fostering positive change in the community.
